Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Head of Shared Services Centre, the successful candidate will manage Finance Operations in the SSC. The key responsibility is to ensure delivery of high quality service in the daily operations to upstream and downstream customers.
* Supervise the AR team to ensure efficient and accurate billing, oversee timely collections of Accounts Receivables.
* Supervise the AP team to ensure purchase order management and payments are executed accurately and timely.
* Engage internal and external customers and provide resolution/ recommendation to the issues encountered.
* Ensure proper processes and procedures are adhered to and approvals are received and documented for audit purposes
* Work closely with Group Finance, prepare monthly financial reports
* Organise and supervise accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions and reporting that meet business needs and local statutory requirements.
* Implement improvements and standardised, effective and efficient Finance processes in the SSC.
* Oversee enhancements technological solutions.
* Review, check and approve documentation
* Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit issues

Requirements:

* Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate and/or shared services environment within an MNC
* Good knowledge of IRFS as well as local and SE Asia accounting, tax and regulations
* Hands on experience with ERP systems ; SAP skills preferred
* Process- driven, highly flexible, excellent leadership and analytical skills
* Able to step up the role & value-add under pressure as a solutions-provider
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Excellent work attitude, interpersonal and communication skills
* Preferably with lean six sigma experience
